Patti has been a top producing REALTOR in the Hudson Valley for over 20 years. She is an Associate Broker with multiple real estate designations and awards including the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award. Patti makes up 1/3 of "The Decerbo Team" with her associates Gina DeCerbo and Lauren Racanelli. Between the 3 , they have over 50 years in the Real Estate business and have seen many changes and managed hundreds of transactions. Having been born and raised in the beautiful Hudson Valley, Patti is very familiar with this area bordering the Hudson River and within a 60 minute ride to the heart of Manhattan. Primarily, she services all of Orange County, southern Ulster County, and eastern Sullivan County, but if she finds a client would like to find a home in Dutchess County, she also has access to homes there.

An avid animal enthusiast, Patti has a passion for all animals especially dogs and horses. She has owned and cared for horses for over 30 years and really enjoys working with clients that also have a passion for these amazing animals.
